Please read the following information about shipping costs, policies, and order shipping times carefully.

SHIPPING FEES

U.S. Delivery Addresses: We currently offer FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $99 to be delivered within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Exchange Orders: Free shipping does not apply for exchange orders.

International Shipments: Our prices do not include customs duties or taxes that your country may require. Any duties and taxes are assessed by the country of delivery, and must be paid by the recipient.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times outlined above do not include orders placed after 4 pm Friday or on weekends or holidays.

Orders placed before 1:30 PM EST, Monday-Friday, will begin processing the same day (U.S. holidays excepted).

Special Orders: Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for special orders.

Tracking Your Purchase: Once the item is shipped, an email will automatically be sent to you with a notification of shipment and a UPS tracking number.
