Q: Can I pay with a money order or a personal check?
A: Yes! We accept checks and money orders from customers within the US who are writing checks from a US bank account.
When sending your payment, include your order number, email address, telephone number and your shipping address along with your payment.
Q: Can I pay with an international money order or personal check if I live outside the US?
A: No. Unfortunately, iSunglasses. com can’t accept international money orders or checks from foreign bank accounts. However, you can still pay with any major credit card: just complete our secure checkout process.
Q: Which address do I send the payment to?
A: When paying by check or money order (US customers only), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make payment arrangements. Include your order number to help us serve you faster.
Q: Is it safe to pay with my credit card?
A: Yes. We ensure your credit card information is as secure as possible. All transactions are conducted with 128-bit SSL encryption.
Q: Is shipping really free?
A: Yes! All orders within the continental United States are shipped for free via UPS Ground. Hawaii and Alaska are excluded.
Q: How much is shipping if I live in Hawaii, Alaska or outside US?
A: Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $25 for UPS Second Day Air.
International shipping is $35 for 2-3 day air delivery via UPS Expedited Service anywhere in the world. International customers please note: Customs duties may apply to your purchase once it has landed in your country. You are responsible for these costs.
We reserve the right to reject any sale in suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Q: Do you Combine shipping? How much extra is each item?
A: All items are shipped free of charge within the continental US.
Hawaii, Alaska and overseas: please add $15 for each additional pair.
Q: How do I get a tracking number for my order?
A: After you have submitted your order, we will process it and send you an email confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive another e-mail with tracking information included.
If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, please contact us with your order number and your full name, and we will send you the tracking number and order status update.

Q: I live in New York or New Jersey. Can I pick up my item?
A: No. Unfortunately, due to the high number of requests we receive, we can’t offer a pick-up service.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes! We ship to PO Boxes.
Q: Can you ship my item to a different address?
A: No. We apologize, but for security reasons we will only ship your order to the address registered with your credit card.
Q: I still haven't received my item. Where is it?
A: We always try to get your packages out as soon as possible. If you feel that it has been too long, and have not received your purchase, please email us your order number and your full name so that we can track the package.
Please keep in mind that orders to the West Coast can take a little longer to arrive and be aware of holidays.
Finally, please note that items which are backordered can take up to 2 weeks to ship. If you purchase is a backordered item please be patient.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: iSunglasses.com offers hassle free, no questions asked returns within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive your return, we will refund your purchase minus restocking fee and shipping cost. If free shipping was taken advantage of then $10 will be deducted from your refund.
Returns within 14 days will have a 10% re-stocking fee applied.
Returns within 15-30 days will have a 20% re-stocking fee applied.
NO returns are accepted after 30 days.

Q: Does iSunglasses.com sell to wholesalers?
A: Yes! We supply numerous stores and websites with the latest fashions through wholesale purchases.
If you are interested in our products. please email sales@iSunglasses.com with details of the items and quantity you are interested in, and we will respond with a price quote.
Q: What if I forget my order number?
Your order number should be emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase. If you erase this email and forget your order number please email us at sales@iSunglasses.com with your full name, email address and shipping address.
Q: Do I have to pay tax?
A: We are a registered business in the State of New York. All sales shipped to customers in New York state are subject to a sales tax. This tax will automatically be added to your total when you check out.
International customers may find that customs duties apply to their purchase. These will be assessed by your country’s customs when your purchase lands in your country. You are responsible for all customs and duty costs.
