At iSunglasses.com, we only sell brand-new, 100% genuine designer merchandise in top condition. We’re certain you will love your purchase.
However, in the unlikely event that you want to return or exchange an item, the following policies apply.
In order to exchange or return any item you must first request an RMA number from us by emailing us to email@example.com.
iSunglasses accepts returns of unwanted or unsatisfactory items within 14 days, however will be subject to a 10% of restocking fees.
Items will be inspected to ensure they are returned in the original condition sold before being accepted. Items that have been altered, damaged, or that appear used will not be accepted.
Your credit card used to purchase the item will be refunded for the full cost of the item only. Any shipping charges paid are not refundable.
Items returned between 14 and 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items will not be accepted for return after 30 days.
Buyer is responsible for cost of return postage. If you take advantage of our ground free shipping we will deduct $10 of the original cost.

We are happy to exchange your purchase for any item available on our website within 14 days of purchase.
If the new item is more expensive than the item you originally purchased, you will be charged the difference on your credit card. If it is less expensive, we will credit you the difference.

We do not refund the cost of prescriptions.
However, if you receive a faulty prescription, you can send the glasses back to us. After verifying that our laboratory filled the prescription incorrectly, we will replace the lenses at our cost.
